How many properties were completed in Dubai in H1 2026?

Dubai Land Department data released through Dubai Media Office on 20 August 2026 reported 104 completed real estate projects in the first half of 2026, compared with 75 in H1 2025. The same release reported 24,537 new property units, over AED111 billion in completed-project investment value and 1.95 million sqm of completed and ready-for-handover built-up area.

These are Dubai-level aggregate figures. They do not identify which communities received the most homes, which property types were delivered or whether rents and prices will fall. Buyers should use the figures as a supply snapshot, then compare ready and off-plan options through the Market Trends update, Buying Guide and Mortgages and Finance.
